My bad habit


I have a bad habit of procrastinating important tasks.I often spend too much time on my phone instead of being productive.I snack on junk food frequently, which is unhealthy.I leave my room messy and don’t clean up regularly.I tend to interrupt others while they are speaking.I forget to drink enough water during the day.I sometimes skip meals when I’m busy or distracted.I bite my nails when I’m nervous or bored.I stay up late at night, which affects my sleep.I get easily distracted and lose focus on my goals.
